Global E-Commerce Giant Picks Hutton’s Law

Hutton’s was delighted to be instructed by one of the largest global e-commerce businesses, Furnolic Co. Ltd, the UK subsidiary of Ziel Group, for the its new UK base of operations at  Prologis Park, Ryton in Warwickshire.

The lease of  the 148,461 sq ft new prime industrial unit is Furnolic’s first UK site. Prologis Park, Ryton is a highly sought after location with other blue chip occupiers including Jaguar Land Rover, DHL and LEVC.
