• The £11.5m disposal of commercial development land to a Local Authority along with leaseback and surrender provisions;

• Advising on the Purchase and Development of land for the construction of 30+ properties;
• Advising in relation to easement and rights issues affecting a title resulting in injunctive action and relief being obtained by the client.
